One of the coffees offered by Captain Cook Coffee Company is Kona Extra Fancy (medium roast or dark roast). This coffee is the premiere grade of Kona coffee because of its large bean size. The medium roast gives off a smooth, nutty flavor while the dark roast has a robust, smooth taste with no bitterness. Another coffee offered is Kona Peaberry (medium roast or dark roast). This coffee is exclusive because it grows as one bean in the coffee cherry rather than the traditional two beans. Both roasts give a unique and fruity taste. Captain Cook Coffee Company also offers Kona Swiss WaterŪ Decaf which is a chemical-free water method done by Swiss Water Decaf Plant in Vancouver, British Columbia.
